Am I the only person who does not care that Rangers and Celtic have been knocked out of Europe?

The media (who so love the Old Firm) seem to have forgotten about Hearts not making it, it is all about the beloved Glasgow teams.

I am more interested in the national team, which seem to be doing better now - now that most of our players are in England.

Also more interested in watching my local teams; my beloved Forres Mechanics and our "family" team Ross County.

Football is alive and well in the "lower" leagues...who cares about the Old Firm and European football!!

If you didn't care then why make a thread about it?

Who gives a monkeys who boness sign. They quite simply will not pose any threat to linlithgow this season. We have taken a squad who finished three points adrift and improved it all round. Boness have taken a league winning side and ripped it apart on the back of one mans whims. Top 5 at best for boness this year

BU's unbeaten vs the Rose. 2011/12

Hi there, I felt like posting as I am really fed up with the media hype around this and wanted to state an alternative viewpoint.

It's so over the top and the way the media is going on you would think that the whole country was depressed about it.

As Tam Cowan said on radio tonight a lot of fans will be laughing about this.

I don't think Scottish football is bad just because our 2 "big" teams couldn't beat a couple of teams from the continent (although listening to thier fans and managers you wold think they had a right to!)

So just wanting to express a different opinion and see if anyone feels the same.

Yet we were singing at the game 'Last team in Europe, oh we're the last team in Europe' :D
Originally written by John Robertson, Hearts legend and hammer of the wee team with 27 fantastic goals!

For the next decade I was driven by desire to crush Hibs at EVERY opportunity.

It didn’t matter if I scored for the reserves or first team — every goal against them gave me immense satisfaction.

I don't think the Hearts fans got enough praise for their support over both legs.....and to take about 2,500 to London was great!
