I know this is the Scots in Europe thread but I am honestly chuffed that Shamrock have made the group stage.

Fair play to them and I will be looking on to see if they can better our results in Europe (recently - not this year of course).

I hope they get a good draw and make a few quid.
Major Titles:
Kilmarnock - 5
Ayr United - 0
1 team in Ayrshire

Gary Twigg in the Europa League group stages

You have to wonder

Caldwell is actually a great centre half however consistency can be an issue for him, technically his distribution of the ball for a defender is as good as Pique or Puyol.

Did Shelbourne not qualify for the group stages a few years ago?

Fair play to Shams though. I prefer Sligo Rovers myself.

Derry City for me. But well done to Rovers, did anybody see the goals, to say the equaliser was spectacular would be the understatement of all understatements.

Some achievement for Shamrock, well done to them.

Their ground isn't up to UEFA standards, so they'll most likely have to play their games at the Aviva Stadium, which may not be a bad thing, espically if they draw some big teams.

All we need now is for them to stuff Spurs home or away and Scotland's year will be complete!
