In any case I think I fucked up - sorry. That's the FM link, and Your Call is on MW only. And I can't find the MW link...

A turd of such epic proportions it has to be released in three installments. The first can stand on its own as a complete adventure. The second links to the first, but has a dark, inconclusive feel generating an air of foreboding and leaving itself wide open for an unknown ending. The final chapter has drama, excitement and moments where you think all is lost. A grand battle is waged where good overcomes evil and peace is restored in your gut.

And the first wingnut up is Grant from Glasgow. McCoist must go.

How long until the Ernie Walker thinktank is mentioned?

Normally I think Traynor's analysis is decent but he really was rivalling Grant in the "caricature of a decent argument" stakes there. A right fucking brain trust, that little three-way.

And

* A Russian league, with clubs increasingly serious about returning to their European glory days, recently switched to a winter league (with a seasonal break, like Germany.)

"Summer football!" is the warcry of someone whose opinions outweigh their thinking by a ten-to-one margin.

Quite. Nations like Denmark and Russia are playing winter football. The Irish (the only non-Arctic/Baltic using it) are predominantly part-time with no international players, and their clubs want shot of it. Any Scottish summer season would need to run mid-January to mid-December. And the sides we have lost to do not use summer football.

It's not the problem. It's not the solution.

I'm not sure, but him and Traynor are talking rubbish. Rangers "should" be beating Maribor in the sense that they are the seeded team with far greater resources and more relevant recent European experience. "Tom's" assertion that Maribor are the kind of team who should be striking fear into Rangers hearts is just stupid. They aren't a good team, and nobody who's watched them would argue that they are.
