Your use of grammar, punctuation and your inability to spell would indicate that it is you who is the halfwit.

well that will be me and all the 1000s of other dyslexic people in the country then.Just goes to show how low you will go.

But then again it was you who said in a post in another thread that you pay your money (dubious at some grounds) so it gives you and all the other people that pay the right to shout vile abuse at the ref.So who was engineer talking about was it the Threave fans? I would have thought not.

So do you or don't you condone it?

Do you not think its possible that it might put people off becoming referees?

You can think what you like who I am, someone else brought up Jim Thomson not me,but then again you deffo run around with blinkers on

From what I heard out last night it was a close but not the best of games yesterday at Threave which could have gone eitherway. But was spoiled at the end again with supporters abusing the ref!!!!!!!! !!!!!

And finaly if you look up the dictionary you might find that the spelling of punctuation in your post is wrong but then again who am I to scold you buddy.People in glass houses shouldnt throw stones.

That wasn't a spelling mistake, that was a typing error, but if it's made your day then I'm happy.

If officials make mistakes they are always going to get criticism. I don't see what the problem is, and I don't see how that would put them off. If they make a concious decision to be a referee in the first instance, they are obviously a football person and realise what will undoubtedly come their way at some stage. Is that right? It's not for me to say, but to repeat what I've said previously, players get it, so what makes officials any different? If it's correct that they charged £125 for yesterdays' game, then they were well paid for being abused.

As for who you are, I couldn't care less. But lets get one thing clear. You are not my 'buddy'.......FACT. For what it's worth, I've been told who you are and one name keeps coming up. Our paths will cross soon enough, and I look forward to it.

Finally, which has 2 l's by the way, you never start a sentence with 'and'.

Agree with your comments Walking Tall. Was the £4 entry yesterday for the whole 2011/12 season or is it just for certain games ? Does the League not stipulate what the recomended entry is for South of Scotland League games ? (buckets aside !!!) If it does not, whats to stop other teams charging what they like at their home games. It seems this would only hit the bigger supported teams, mainly Saints who have the biggest travelling support in the League. If the prices were raised for yesterdays game, Saints should up their prices for teams who do it to them.

If you charge at the gate the minimum charge is £3 if you want to charge more then it is up to the club. I would have to say that it would be a bit off if a club charged more for certain games tho.

Thanks I accept your apology on behalf of all the dyslexic people in the uk.

Yes I agree that referees will get a little criticism .

But thanks for the confirmation that you think because the refs get paid its ok to abuse them in your own words, big difference in the meaning of criticism and ABUSED as you put it,but that only goes to say what kind of person you are, there is a line that shouldn't be crossed and you condone it.again thanks for the confirmation.Take it it was Saints fans on Saturday then.

As for our paths crossing bet you don't know me when I walk right past you on Wed night v Fleet Star in less you have a crystal ball buddy you haven't a clue.Maybe you are getting me mixed up with another person on here with a similar name, anyway is this some kind of threat?Just confirms what Ive already said doesn't it.

For a couple of days now, I've been happy to indulge you and play along with your petty tit for tat crap. But I'm well and truly bored of you now. Your life is so worthless and empty that it's probably the highlight of your day, seeing if anybody has replied to your post on Pie and Bovril. I'm happy to have made your weekend sunshine. You really should stop trying to be controversial, because your rubbish at it. You clearly have a problem with Saints and it's eating away at you, making you very bitter. FACT

You've clearly made up your mind about what kind of person I am. Non plussed about that to be honest. With the offerings of the last few days, you can't claim the moral high ground, so you can think what you like. I'll be there again on Wednesday, and I urge all my fellow Saints fans to self police and shop the offensive minority to the committee and have them banned for life from St Marys..............................but as you'll be there, maybe you can stand in among us and speak out if the abuse/criticism starts? You will be made most welcome, I'm sure. Just as long as you pay the going rate. Or maybe the wee soul would feel threatened in with the big bad Saints fans?

I WILL know you if you turn up on Wednesday, believe me, and whatever reply you come up with to this post, don't count on me keeping this going 'buddy'. You've taken up too much of my time already. FACT.

I wouldnt hold your breath about the spectator making an appearance on wednesday night. He will only pay a maximum of £1.32 to watch a game FACT !. It would appear that he gets his jollies from slagging Saints and their fans, and not getting behind and supporting his team. Spectator, get a life, do us all a favour. If you have nothing constructive to say, dont bother.

Not the best game of football ever played but on the game itself i thought Bell for threave had a great game never gave Rudd a chance. Also thought penalty and the sending of on the park yes maybe Green should have been sent off to were correct calls not sure why Walking Tall got send off though.

On a different note on previous posts it was said that Saint's fans don't cross that line when making there opinion heard during games. I would strongly disagree having heard some shocking shouts come from these so called football fans.

Us Saints fans love giving out stick to opposition players and referees alike, but 9 times out of 10 its just Banter, stick, fun what ever you would call it, the other 1 time out of 10 its usually just cause to make a scene due to a bad decision, foul or similar. Im sure you's have noticed that we are not adverse to giving out stick to our own team if they deserve it too. Remember we bring good support to all of our games, and do contribute to other teams whether it be entry fees or shop sales. Some of these teams love it when we turn up whether it be for the banter or the sales. At the end of the day we all go home knowing that tomorrows just another day, and we still turn up the next game whether it be Threave or Nithsdale or whoever. As we do travel we are the fans that are paying for travel to support our team but also the opposition financially, not a lot of other clubs/ fans can say they do that.
MRSPECTATOR whether you be a Fleet Star supporter or a Crichton supporter frankly I dont care but im sure you dont do the travelling and supporting of other clubs like a Saints fan can.

Yip very predictable reply buddy.

For some one who doesn't care you sure have written a lot of posts on this, getting under your skin? I'm sure if you stapled them all together it would very nearly make a book.A lot of words from someone who doesn't care.Well all I can say and i'm getting fed up repeating it, but you condone the abuse of the refs, its ok to step over that line, that's what your telling me.Quote from your post No29 " they charged £125 for yesterdays' game, then they were well paid for being abused".Three refs left in the South with not much chance of interesting any new ones with an attitude like that,be it from Saints,Dalbeattie,Threave or anyone else's fans.I haven't read supporters from any other clubs condoning ABUSING the refs As I said before that's all I need to know about you.See you Wednesday then buddy.Last wee piece of advice I think you need to get your crystal ball serviced.

Not half as much as the rest of us are!

You've made your point repeatedly and it would appear as if that's the only point you have to make. Whilst I do not condone abuse of the match officials, it happens and I don't think that you or anyone else on this forum, at one point, have not been less than savoury towards the officials. It's all part and parcel of supporting your team, some players and officials take the abuse without batting an eyelid whereas some others take it a little more personally, and some punters are a wee bit more excitable.

Now this may come as a shock to you as you seem perfect, but I'll guarantee you could go to any park on a Saturday and, whether you pay £30, £10, £4 or even £1.32, you'll hear an awful lot worse. You maybe need to take the blinkers off or maybe even go and watch another game of football, perhaps the Juniors, and you may get a bit of a culture shock.

I hope it wasn't for abusing the match officials because if a certain someone finds out he may suffer a bout of spontaneous human combustion.

Having watched a lot of Junior football i have heard things that would make your hair curl so i dont think any fans in the South will be any worse, but i still have that shovel if you want it?

As a Fleet Star supporter I would just like to say that SPECTATOR is not a Fleet supporter and in anyway associated with the club. Fleet Star don't do a bucket whip round at home games we sell raffle tickets as like a few clubs in the South we can't charge entry! When the likes of Saints Threave and Dlbt come to Garries park who all bring good support with them the takings from the raffle shoot through the roof. We welcome all supporters from every club and don't want our name brought into a subject which really has nothing to do with us!

You are right the officials done well, with your usual (dont have a clues/halfwits!!) idiots watching the game they shouldn't be as some of the shouts are freightening esspecially for offsides!! The game was a real good game and it was a great advertisement to south football hopefully more to come!

Yip your probably spot on
.
The headlines on the back page of the Galloway News just says it all

Just in case you didn't see it it reads FAN FURORE Ref threatened to stop game until 3 Dalbeattie Star supporters were removed at the game verses Newton Srewart.

Colin Saunders was the ref and he had to be asked to stay on as he was retiring from the game this year,so we would have been down to 2 refs.

No refs no game

Yes everyone can have an opinion, and a bit of banter but there is a limit.

Lets encourage the youngsters to take it up instead of talking and shouting p--h at them.
