Ah, I see back-door promotion hasn't lessened Ehhr fans' Lennonesque paranoia any.

Hope Russell bags a hat-trick on his next visit there :)

yes, it's paranoid not to rate a striker who hasn't scored prolifically in his entire career.

Nor the plastic club's fans obsession.

...not to mention your obsession with time-weathered clichés. Enjoy your season :)

Russel will be the top scorer in Division 1 and probably for the whole of the SFL.

9-12 seems most likely to be his final tally. At no point would I ever say that he is a bad striker; however the majority of Livingston fans on this forum think he is some sort of God who will destroy all 1st Division opponents and lead them to the SPL.

He's a decent striker and I think that will be reflected in his final goals tally.

I wouldn't go that far. I reckon we'll do OK this term, but can't see us popping back up to the SPL any time soon.

The enthusiasm stems from Russell being on fire over the past few games, and this includes against 4 SPL sides pre-season. I can't see him being far off the 20 mark in League games if I'm honest.

Too far.

Seriously though i count 1 Livi fan who comes close to what you've said and he's to be taken as seriously as VT with his Morton crazyness.

I suspect you're either very young, or another Dee fan attempting to be wide.

If was, I'd have no idea what "attempting" meant.

I would expect the average 15 year old to know what the word wide means.

Well, perhaps where you come from it's the preserve of the young. But it's been many moons since I needed ID for a pub, and we used "wide" as a term in those long distant days.

some realy good players in the first division.

Previously I thought we should have signed Leigh Griffiths for celtic, far better than murphy although murphy is irish. Harkins last year impressed me loads although he isn't quite LG's level. Iain Russell is another that the old firm might be sniffing about if he continues in the mould of the last couple seasons.
always sticking to the rules of this fine website.

What ??? scoring against part-time teams in the lower leagues after failing miserably at 1st Division level previously, wow Ally McCoist and Neil Lennon will be racing up the M8 to secure his services......

Having said that he is due to score 301 goals this season by all accounts and that'll be prior to the January window before he's snapped up by Real Madrid. ;)

Most accurate figure I've seen yet, as for Real Madrid, do they have the £2bn he's worth ?

He can't be that good if he is, according to yourself, only worth 2 Bn?
