We haven't had a chance to to see if our goalscoring problems have been solved yet. Our main striker for this season will be signed in the next week.

Wright probably wont be as good as Duberry but Davidson should be better than Grainger. Our defence will be (slightly) weaker but wont drop from 3rd best (something that's conveniently forgotten) to nearly worst.

Our midfield options look very good if we can add a wide man.

Emm, Hearts weren't even fourth, that was ICT. So I'd suggest getting your facts right.

it's not really fair to compare top and bottom six teams is it?

the johnnies conceded 39 goals pre split (the same as motherwell)

hearts conceded 31

It's comments like this that are beginning to annoy me, how can anyone say that, last season we didn't score many, but all of our mis-firing strikers left, we have brought in new strikers and a couple more to come, who are looking very promisig by all accounts.

Its like me turning round and saying Motherwell will concede hundred. It's unfounded and in actual fact there is no way to predict, becasue we went from top scorerd out with the old firm, to lowest scorers in Britain, its impossible to make a prediction like that.

Rant over.

Why are the majority of people having us as pretty nailed on bottom 2 fodder?

Goalkeeping wise, we have lost the rubbish Graeme Smith to a rival and in the next week or so will gain the services of Allan Mannus, a fairly decent keeper by all accounts. That plus Enks, 3rd on last years clean sheet table(behind the OF).

Defensively we have lost fans favourite Michael Dubbery and the largely mediocre Granny Danger and gained Frazer Wright, Dave McCracken and ex fans favourite and consistent english league performer Callum davidson.

The midfield, by in large, is beautiful. Pick 2 centre midfielders from Jody Morris, Chris Millar, Kevin Moon, David Robertson and Scotland prospect Murray davidson, I dare thee. On the flanks there's the ever inconsistent, yet 8+ goals a season Liam Craig and probably Marcus Haber(when he signs). A player with pace, power and athletisism which is quite uncompairable with any other such player in this pretty terrible league.

Signings like Carl Finnigan are fairly pish(and probably funny) but when you release 6 or so first team strikers from the previous season, signing another 6 players who are 'first choice' is neither financially viable nor realistically possible. The signing of Danjiel Subotic is a mere formality and without being overly optimistic, is easy a 15 goal a season striker.

Call my shades Rose tinted but religation fodder? I'm having none of that.

Granted hes far from garunteed to achieve that, but I'm basing it on his promise and his build and style of play(and that he was quite good on FIFA).

I've selected those I would like to see at Fir Park.

The rest, meh. Fairly average.

You haven't even seen them together yet so any grounds to back it up?

Murray Davidson will come to his beloved Hearts when his contract expires :)

Subotic is not and has never been a cm, please explain to me this idiotic post?

While you(Casagolda) are bein deluded and flippant in your analysis, isint 'average'(your words) good enough for top 6 SPL, rather than relegation?

Sorry I don't have a dossier on each player to give you the extensive analysis you desire.

Nope, I said an average midfield not an average team. I didn't mention your dodgy looking defence and lack of any decent strikers which puts you as bottom six material in my opinion.

Because he is a striker.

Jody Morris has never been a left back because he is a central midfielder, do you understand this concept? Okay, good.

dunfermline look like the poorest team to be promoted for years and have added utterly shit players such as barrowman...

How can any sane person see them finishing anywhere but bottom?
