just wonderin has work started on the new stadium? and any idea wen it will be opened?

The target date for the stadium to be delivered, is the end of December and hopefully opening, not long after.
It is in the contractors interest to finish asap, for them to get their money.

If they don't finish on time, the whole site has to close down for a right few months, unbelievably due to migrating birds
on the mud flats at Parklea..

I see the steel work has started to go up and a lot of progress looks to have been made already.

had a wee walk down parklea on tuesday nite, its takin shape nicely, nice big car park and the building looks to be a good size, hope it aint to long til its complete, canny wait

I just know you can still see the old park from the raod on the way to Battery park, just wondered where it was from there

looks like it is going to be a cracking set - up down there. every time i visit parklea with my u13's team, taking shape very quick which is gd to see ! gd luck the undertakers !
