Today is the signing deadline for the BAFA (apart from GK's of course - a law unto themselves :P ). Any new signings or transfers that may "tip the balance" in favour of any clubs in the hunt of silverware :thumsup2 or trying to avoid the dreaded drop :thumbsdown ?

I think you'll find most ex Rovers players are at Selkirk these days, Trev. Try and keep up with the times :D. I don't think that sort of thing goes on nearly as much as it did due to the 14 day rule.

Is it true Greenlaw signed about 5 or 6 on deadline day? Possibly fri gala fairys?

Gala Fairydean have fixtures up to May 14th so even if they "released" players to sign for anyone prior to the BAFA deadline if these players go back as trialists they still have to wait 14 days from their last game so it would be the end of May before they could play(if they play regularly). One slip up in the registration process and a club can be deducted points it can make the difference between safety and relegation. I don't think Gala have that big a squad that they can release so many even U19's.

About the Greenlaw bit by Brazil. I believe Greenlaw played Fairydean a couple of weeks ago, to have a look at players, But beat them 3-1 so decided to stick to what they have got. :P
