Tragic news from Selkirk today - 23 year old, former Selkirk Vics defender Greg Alexander died in the early hours of the morning.

"Mallet" will always be remembered for his goal against Earlston in a cup semi final towards the end of last season from well inside his own half. Admittedly, I didn't see the goal but from what I've been told it was the best goal anyone who was there that day has ever seen.

Rest in peace pal, you'll be missed!!!
