The debt was due to be paid by Midnight Monday 21st February, it wasn't paid so they were suspended until the following Monday (28th) no matter when they paid the debt that week. Therefore the league would notify them they were debt suspended and award Tweeddale the points wheteher the points were awarded on Wednesday or Saturday makes absolutely no difference. The main point here is that Gala Utd would have been warned that this was going to happen and did not take any action.

(a) Debt Suspension.
............... suspension commencing at midnight on the date that the monies were due and will only be raised at 12 noon on the Monday following payment of the monies due.

Re the game at Stow when we were 2 goals up you would have been happy (not ecstatic ;) ) with a draw. If we hadn't gifted you two defensive howlers where exactly were your goals coming from? Refs are the easy targets good or bad they certainly won't please BOTH teams.

hahaah oh dear. defensive howlers? calm yourself your goals werent exactly goals of the season ( an og and and a free header ) we could of easily won the game late on and were unlucky not to win, we were all over them first half, i rounded the keeper and missed an open goal

I hope this is a joke and a shite one at that. Tweeddale would've ripped Gala a new arsehole or 5. Eyemouth will be lucky to get 4th spot so simmer down.

no joke involved... it was tweeddale vs gala united no barca vs gala united....simmer down? haha we will see

I think he's boiling about the "stonewaller" pen incident (1st one) that they didn't get. I agree, 2 0 down and battle back for a draw, he should be fucking happy
Only here for sex and danger

What a dislikeable c**t you are (only on derby day)

Might be some truth in that one Andy, Tweedmouth have been in that position before where it feels like every action the league makes, especially regarding fixtures and that seems against you. Suppose it always seems that way at the top. Funny the league have remained tight lipped on the outcome of Gala's no show at Tweedmouth a few weeks ago, yet awarded Tweeddale the points after the first phone call..

From the Minutes of BAFA Executive meeting held on Wednesday 16th March 2011

Gala United fined £50 and deducted three points for failing to fulfil their fixture against Tweedmouth Amateurs on 19/2/11. Game awarded to Tweedmouth.

It might take a while but it is sorted out eventually.:P

It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye.

Also deducted another 3 for a further infringement - whatever that was.
