Went to watch the Scottish amateur team last night at excelsior stadium.

playing against motherwell under 17s with a few 19s thrown in. beleieve it was 2-0 to scotland (well was when i left becuase i was that bored)

couple of stand out players from the game . . james mulvey (CH)(drum utd) ....welsh(LB)(harestanes)...paterson(LM)(drum utd)...macauley(ST)(colville park)

most impressive players last night were above. . . . .would like to think that the younger boys of motherwell woulda wook it as a learning curve playin against more experienced boys who probably have played at the same kinda level when younger.

the boy macauley terrorised the 2 centre halfs of motherwell. never gave them a minute. the young motherwell boys wouldnt go with him when droppin deep n kwpt switchin off when running over the top. excellent performance by him and was my stand out performer!
