You know, I pity you ST. It just shows the amateur nature of the club. The clubs OFFICIAL website should get news BEFORE the HFL website! Tell them to get their finger out and appoint someone who would be responsible for all press/web releases - maybe YOU!

will post as soon as i know anything, nothing as such of not yet, we will have a brand new custom built website ready at start of July in time for any friendlies it will have same address as one now but is still very much work in progress

I'm glad to see the club is taking it's time to recruit the right team. Considering Donly is quoted as saying that neither he or Brian were able to attract better quality to the club it will be good to see new faces arriving.

Strathspey Thistle under 13,s won there 2nd trophy of the season at the Springbank tournament @ Buckie at the weekend, playing against teams like Huntly,Clach and Inverness city. Very pleasing considering our youth set up has been going less than 2 years!!

Inverness City were not involved at U13's I think you meant Invergordon! Great to see success at such a vital age group. Developing and holding on to these kids through their teens is a massive job so good luck to those in the youth dept.

I honestly don't see any ambition in the appointment of Brian Ritchie and Colin Tansley. Amazing considering the Chairman's comments re the signing of better quality players. I wouldn't have blinked if Brian was appointed no 2 to an experienced man as I do believe he could eventually be a no 1. I take it JO has taken his money and run?

well see if i were you i,d give him until christmas before deciding if its a good move or not, but i think a lot of people will be suprised

the chairmans comments might of sounded good but not financially sustainable for very long given his ideas.

Back to your management appointment. Christmas which year? Trust me - these guys will keep you in the bottom three - if not BOTTOM - for the next 5 years at LEAST! What a pity, the club seems to have bitten off a wee bit more than it can chew at this level.

The chairman's comments certainly did NOT sound good, they confirmed that he and Brian Ritchie FAILED!
