Hello, got an interview down Manchester on November the 2nd and I'm looking for cheap flights from Glasgow to Manchester airport leaving on 1st November and returning after 8pm the next night, cheapest I've found so far is £100 return, any help would be greatly appreciated.

To be honest, I'd get the train if you're having to stay over in Manchester the night before. Stops all of the faffing about at each airport - and probably cheaper.

Try the Trans-Pennine Express for tickets...

Train from Glasgow is the best bet and takes you right into the city centre.

Go to Megabus.com.  Book return from Glasgow to Preston (by train!) - they are available now for £1, £3, or £5 each way..




Preston to Manchester might cost about £20/£30 return

Managed to get trains from Glasgow-Altrincham (where the interview is) for £33.50 return including booking fee so not too bad!
