Chris Mitchell scored for Bradford

First of all, great job keeping this list up to date.

Way back in November you noted that Chris Mitchell had scored for Bradford but he never seems to have made it onto the big list. It could be the biggest achievement of his career so I thought I should point it out.

His biggest achievement apart from making a marauding run forward from right back at Rugby Park, bursting into the box before shanking his shot 20 yards wide, you mean?

Have updated Mitchell's goal now.

There were also another goal last night from Chris Maguire for Portsmouth, and a double from Chris Sharp for Telford.

Ha, both equal achievements I think.

Cheers.

In the Championship, there were doubles for Chris Iwelumo and Stephen Dobbie, and Craig Bryson scored for Derby. Lee Miller scored a late winner for Carlisle against Huddersfield in League 1. In the Conference, Chris Sharp scored again for Telford.

In Ireland, Gary Twigg scored yet again for Shamrock Rovers, while in Cyprus there was a rare goal for Mark Burchill. The clash of the titans in Lithuania saw Calum Elliot's Zalgiris beat Craig Thomson's Suduva 4-0, with Elliot scoring another goal.

Dene Shields goals are like buses. They don't use their indicators.

Another one for him tonight.

At least two more goals for Rhodes tonight, although having just seen the goals on SSN he might have a decent claim for a hattrick.

All this weekend's English goals came in the Championship. Stephen Dobbie scored another double for Blackpool on Friday, and then Chris Maguire, Chris Burke and Paul Gallagher were all on the scoresheet yesterday.

Kris Boyd got his 2nd for Portland earlier this morning.

Read on a blog somewhere the third Harper boy has been given a trial with Real Madrid as well. I know the two youngest aren't even 16 yet but that's encouraging news. Wonder if it would be worthwhile calling the oldest one up and Ian Mackay (a goalkeeper playing in the Segunda division) for a friendly sometime soon to see if they're halfway decent.

New name to add to the list - Alan "Gowser" Gow scored two for Exeter in League 1.
