Any teams other than Leithen playing this weekend? Venues and kick off times would be great since I fancy taking in a game.

He'll be confused and will be thinking that the silky sweeper was to good to be playing Amateur football.

Overall a good victory for Gala Utd.

I'm no sure that he qualifies as an out and out East of Scotland player because he played for Selkirk in a friendly, he played for the Waverley most or all of last season.

It was a shame that we didnt have more of our usual players available as i think it would have made for a really decent game. The left midfielder was the only player last night who played in our last game of last season against the Hotspur with all other players on holiday, injured or having work commitments.

Think you boys could do well in B Division as long as you can keep everybody together but I think it might be quite a tight league with yourselves, Tweedmouth, Tweeddale, Linton, Stow and Hawick Utd all contenders.

All the best

If you mean Jason Inglis? He played only a few games for the Waverley last season and was with Coldstream EOS side before that. Step down more like, been with Hearts and Berwick Rangers previously.

I'm no sure what his plans are for the season but I reckon there could be a bit of a queue at his door but it was good of him to turn out for us last night. There was talk that he was planning to go to Austraila later in the year but don't know if that's just a rumour.
