Quite a good article about this. The LTA seems to be run by chinless wonders FOR chinless wonders. It gets a lot of money thrown at it and very little to show for it.

Anyway. Just thought I'd link the article as it is spot on.
Peace will come to earth when the people have more to do with each other and governments less.
