I was hoping people could provide details on any of the red items here in this post, http://www.pieandbov...ost__p__4320003 , and if they think their club will play any of the ties before the end of the season. Any help, rumours, snippets, or general information is much appreciated. Cheers.

If Dunfermline don't play their 1/2 remaining ties from 2008-09 edition by 30th June 2010, the cup will be abandoned for first time in many years.

There has been no mention of it this season from us, i remember Radford speaking about St. Johnstone playing Forfar in this seasons competition.

At the moment in time it's probably the last thing on the clubs mind so i'm not sure we'll be rushing to organise a game in it.

We played East Fife at home last season....I think it finished 3-2 to East Fife.....however I think that was a "carry over" game from the previous years competition.

With the backlog of games involving the teams involved I don't see them getting resolved soon.....unless Rovers make the SC final and are looking for a few games to keep match fit.

We played East Fife at New Bayview at the start of the season but that was just a pre-season friendly......the Fife cup used to be a proud competition attracting big crowds.....but these days it is seen as a u21/reserves competition.

The Fife Cup really does need some reconstruction and it should involve Fife Junior teams.

i think a cup from 2 seasons ago should surely be forgotten about and just handed to the only team to fulfill all fixtures from that year
If the kids are united then we'll never be divided

The Fife cup should be played in pre-season. Get better crowds than a normal friendly and would be much more entertaining as well.
