Tuesday is nearly upon us and it seems that Dick's troops are severly struggling for form can Montrose finally record thier first home win of the season? If yesterday's performance is anything to go by then I can see us struggling. It still beggers belief that we play better when we get the ball on the deck, yet we continue to play the long ball.

Mo have the best chance to win at home as we are rank rotten at the moment.
Not sure what has gone wrong and dick cant seem to change it either.
There wont be many forfar fans going on tuesday either going by what is being posted on our own forum.

Can we lose 4 games on the trot?
Just been checking the last time we lost 4 or more and that was 2 seasons ago when we finished bottom of the 3rd division.
We actually lost 5 games in january/february.
This team is better than them so i would hope we take something from tuesday night.

I will certainly be going, not going to stop just because we have lost 3 games, thats pathetic from any fan imo. However, our last two performances last week have been dreadful and we need to pick things up quickly. I would expect a few changes for tomorrow night.

4-0 full time.
Always said we would get beat at mo the night but not by that score line and not playing the 2nd half against 10 men.
Well done for at last winning a game at home.

Haha get it right up the cheating ref, I am usually the first to moan at Hegarty's terrible record but tonight he was shown his second yellow for taking a quick free kick. Gemmell had his best game in a Montrose top. Milligan scored a 25 yard chip. Excellent. 1-0 up and then down to 10 men, everyone thinking 'oh no' but we managed to power on. Cracker!

See now that's what I expect from that squad of players, not bottom of the table obscurity!
Well done lads!

We have been promising this for a while at home and it couldn't of been sweeter. What the ref was thinking by booking Hegs for trying to take a quick free kick is beyond me. The Beast led the line superbly the night and got 2 cracking goals as his just reward.

Bout time we got a win at home, we deserved that tonight! Milligans run to score was fucking brilliant and the finish was top class! Defence was solid, midfield looked comfortable on the ball at times and Gemmell played good and could of had a hat - trick
but took his 2 goals well. I'm glad Sinclair scored his first goal for Montrose he's been excellent all season. Also Elgin lost so there is hope of 9th.

Your right to enjoy it i would.Knew we would struggle but not like that, seems everyone is scoring 25 and 30 yarders against us just now and the tunnel has no light at the end at the moment. So well done Montrose nae complaints/grapes here.

Forfar player should of been booked for standing in Hegs way at free kick not other way. Referee got of lightly. Forfar looked a shadow of what they were at start of season. Gemmel play like that every week ya bawbag!
