I think the bit in this whole saga that has gone without to much comment and appeared again in the Daily record today is the fact that the ref who gave the second yellow card to Bolo when Winters dived was the ref two weeks later for our game and he made a point of appoligising to Bolo before the game as having watched the Video he said it was clear he got it completly wrong. So how can the SFA take no action against Winters when even the Ref says he was wrong just shows how poor the internal system.
Yes the whole process is a complete nightmare and i dont believe without proper Tv players should be taken to task in the 3rd division but when we read Cheating Winters trying to say he is Snow white and he does not want to be called a cheat then sorry but you are a plain and simple cheat. As most have previously posted its only the completly blinkered Livi fans who think it was a bad tackle everyone else can see its a world class DIVE.

You heard the ref speaking to Bolo did you? And he apologised after viewing some grainy highlights even though he had a clear sight of the play at the game?

No Livi fan has claimed it was a bad tackle. You made that bit up too.

No your right it was not on the Livi Tv highlights as it shows a clear dive and i am sure you would not draw attention to your own player.

I can assure you it clearly shows a dive in the slow motion Livi Tv footage that was not put onto the website! 1 minute 36 seconds in. The fact it was not on your website doesnt mean it doesnt show it or the SFA dont have it , the SFA ordered it to be taken from YouTube only days after the game so if you look hard enough you will find a copy. Look back in a few pages and you will find the link or if you get stuck there are copies kicking around.

All our players and backroom staff in the dressing room witnessed the ref appoligise to Bolo before the next game so enough people did and its been well documented in the press. He actually to my knowledge viewed Both Shire TV and Livi TV highlights of the incident, your footage was not as grainy as ours! But when it comes to the SFA hearing the REF does not get to join in and give his veiw.

No livi fans may have claimed a bad tackle but Winters did in his Sun interview which just went to show what an arse the lad is as it is a completly different story than what he said after the game.

I would accept the argument that most strikers would go down when touched, my issue is Winters was on his way down before he even got close to Bolo's leg!

I see Gordon McDougall has appoligised to the 3rd division, now might be the time Robbie when you should as well as right now everytime your name is written in the press it usually has the word Cheat before or after it.
