i can't imagine anything worse than either of the Old Filth celebrating a league title in fir park. that was the best thing about skippy sunday, after stealing ourselves to prepare for celebrations we saw despair. it probably saved the club a major fine as well as it seemed likely to kick off in the east stand, there were quite a few scuffles during the game.

Well the game at Tannadice on 10 April has been cancelled because of the SC Semi's (one or t'other of the sides will be in it) so it's entirely possible we will win it up there again and as I have two tickets for the game I would be quite happy with that.
That said as it's my last season of regular attendance I would quite like to win it at home for a change.
The OF game is highly likely to be last game of the season, unless it's already over before the split

I'm sure it's if they win their next six games. But since they are playing us at Tynecastle it's not going to happen.

"I remember all of them, and every single one was a deliberate stab through the heart of Hibernian Football Club. Nothing against the fans but you lot have to understand that when Hibs didn't sign me, I wanted revenge. Some folk laugh at that and say: ‘What, all 27?' I suppose maybe 25 were punishment; the other two I banged in just for the hell of it."

No, 6 WINS, or given the vastly superior goal difference unless Sellick went on a scoring rampage 5 wins and a draw would do us.
That of course assumes that Sellick will also win every game, which they won't.
5 games until the split so it's likely we will have it won by the first or second game after the split, hence why I believe the beaks will make the OF game the last fixture.
Of course you can never tell in football
EDIT to say I think I'm wrong and it IS 6 wins

Scottish cup semi finals have been moved to midweek april 6th and 7th due to the late start and early finish of the season.

Unless I've missed a recent press announcement from the SFA, that is factually incorrect. Certainly I've seen nothing about SFs on April 6th/7th.
When the SFA pleaded with the SPL to start a week later (to allow Burley to get his players prepared for Norway v Scotland, a qualifier arranged on the August friendly date) it was achieved by doubling-up SPL R33 (last matchday pre-split unfortunately) with the following solution condition:
* if an involved clubs reached a UEFA QF i.e. had no midweeks prior to April 10th/11th available, the SPL got the weekend - and the Scottish Cup SF(s) would be displaced onto the following blank midweek, April 13th/14th [this is because police insist 7 days notice before post-split games... and the first set of post-split games are April 17th/18th]
*if all Scottish clubs were out of Europe, the SPL could re-arrange their R33 games onto the preceding midweek - April 6th/7th - and the Scottish Cup SFs would be on April 10th/11th. Therefore this is what will happen - unless the SPL and SFA have, subsequently, negotiated a new plan?
IMO the 2 priorities should be [1] clubs involved in a top-6 fight all finishing on the same day and [2] playing the Scottish Cup SFs on a weekend.

You sure about that?
I got an e-mail from Rangers telling me the Tannadice game was off because it clashed with the Semi's and also the SFA website makes no mention of midweek Semi's

Not if Tony the the tiger mowbs, and Mark Mchgee are still in charge of their respective clubs, Rangers could sell Davis, Boug, Boyd, Thomson, Beasley and Laff, and still strole to success next season...
