A friend of mine who'll remain unnamed has requested I post this on his behalf;

"Due to the global economic reccession a ninety-nine ice cream cone now costs a whopping £250 in Tullibody."

Aye, enough is enough. the guy is too dim to know when to chuck it - even when Ive dropped pretty obvious hints/tips to him. We should be the good guys here and leave him alone and let him start again having taken a roasting.

This is still going? Jesus christ.

Not just that but it appears I was challenged to literally brick someone before it was hastily retracted. As well as that I've been accused being blinkered about our own failings in the match that would have meant the moron kicking the ball out would have had no effect. Doesn't change the fact that had the ball not been kicked out, the game would have almost certainly finished before the equaliser. To think I was more pissed off by the people arguing with David W - and nobodys actually mentioned them!

I think the thing to sum them up best is that three of them turned around and blamed ME for Alloa's late goal as I'd stopped them insulting the referee :lol:

At least I've never worn a ski-suit to Dingwall.

First funny thing that's been posted in this thread.
"Soon there will be a referendum on a whole new relationship between England and Scotland. Have a flutter on it if you like. But you don't often make money, betting against Alex Salmond!"

I wonder what good upstanding guys like Watty Arnott would make of some of the complete wallopers on this thread? It's not like the good old days when you could antagonise people with purpose, it all seems to have been watered down.
It's a dangerous combination of idiots and bullies, with the end result of some really unfunny material.

I have been away and just read these threads - comedy gold! Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image

Alloa FC - the only football club in the world whose collection of balls is more valuable than their collection of players.

Actually I blame Network Rail for opeing up a railway line to a town that no-one ever wants to visit, apart from a very few that need to get to the Recs, and most of us have cars or the wherewithall to use a supporters bus.

I mean seriously, what is the point of a train service to Alloa? Didn't it ever dawn on the boffins at Network Rail that there might even be the slightest chance of Clyde fans stealing £250 balls and kicking them onto the line? Clearly their risk analysis has been found wanting!

£250 for a ball? I doubt a bungalow would cost that in Alloa.
