actually spot on imo, if I was an arsenal fan I would be running out of patience with wenger and am of the opinion that his ego is now getting in the way of him doing his properly, though to be fair chelsea's team cost infinitely more than arsenals to assemble and for what theyve spent they do very well

I think there is probably many fans who are getting sick of the situation at Arsenal. The last two defeats have shown that Arsenal need need need need need more top quality forwards. You cannot go into games against Manchester United and Chelsea with only Arshavin up front. Yet Wenger is seemingly not willing to spend money to solve this problem. If they could get a couple of great strikers then they would be at the top, while at the moment they are going to struggle to hold onto third spot if they continue on like this - that is what Betfair Football reckons but i think they should be too strong ultimately for Liverpool. Wenger is a great manager but he has so much self-belief and is far too stubborn to admit when there is a problem with his team, which makes him very infuriating.

Quality use of an apparently serious post to shoehorn in your shameless plug for "BetfairFootball"

Posted Image Quite, I think this is all the rage with lots of companies, not just football ones, to infiltrate forums like this in such a style to reach new audiences.

Some are pretty straightforward about it, isn't there a poster here called SPLrefs or some such? And the Football Nation (i think) which does different kits.

For the benefit of the company involved, i'd imagine simply posting "relvant blog here" would be a lot easier.

I [agree/disagree] with your assessment because you [praised/insulted] a [team/person] that I [support/loathe]. Furthermore, I [admire/ridicule] your writing based on the previous statement, and not on the merit of what was actually written.

[Insert final attempt to be witty here]

I mentioned it in a thread a few months back, and he stopped posting for a while.

There's another poster on here who always does it too, "saints32" or something like that. I think it's a St Johnstone fan.
