Well shit...wasn't so unpredictable I suppose but Luongo, some good fucking tending. Much respect to Slovakia as said before, showing that the Extraliga is still producing some good players.

37 gold medals! (I probably only saw half of them.)
Really good game today. Unfortunate it ended the way it did (at least it didn't end with shootout), but it was definitely exciting all the way through. That late goal in regulation was of course pretty awesome.
Miller was out of position a lot more than he was in the first game... And it was going to take him standing on his head today for the US to win today... Oh well.
How can you root for Crosby, but not Niedermayer? Scott is, and always has been, a class act. He's brought so much to Team Canada and the NHL.Pronger is a maniac, however, and Crosby fills the dreams of Gary Bettman, so...

I was more happy for Sid than Canada overall if I'm honest. As a team, USA really aren't far off Canada at all, but they just play brilliantly together despite not having as many big names.

Sat down and watched the Ice Hockey and was thoroughly enjoyed by what I saw. Such a fast pace game. The place went absolutely mental when Crosby scored.

I also like how you can banjo people against the walls and get away with it. The goalkeepers are outstanding because that puck comes alot faster and is alot smaller than football

I was probably being harsh on Niedermayer, but for some reason I've never been a huge fan. My point still stands about Pronger though.
