Sorry if there is a thread on this already i have had a lok and couldn't see any.

My other half is gettting a DS or DSi for her xmas so i'm looking to buy her a couple of games for it.

Can anybody recommend any games? She likes brain training so shes getting that.I was looking at the Professor Layton games are they any good? And what one is the latest one? They seem to get popular reviews on Play.com

Also do DS games work on the DSi or can you buy DSi games?

Cheers :)

There is already a, world famous (well nearly) DS thread, which Ive just bumped to the top of the forum

Both Professor Layton games are superb. "Diabolical Box" (or Pandoras Box depending where you live) is the latest, the third one should be out in the UK sometime soon, but Ive no idea when!

DS games work on the DSi.

You might want to check out the other thread and investigate an R4 card, or similar. Although, if you do, be careful as if you buy a DSi you will need to get the right version.
