There is a knock-out competition that runs over and over. We are currently in the middle of one, but give the ps3 Fifa 10 tournament thread a visit and get yioour name down for the next one.

As far as a league is concerned, I think one has continually been tried to be set up without success, to much of a hassle to be honest, competition with knock-out format is much easier.
