Firstly, if this needs to be in the E-chat forum then move if apt.

Right, I can play online easily and due to the wired connection, usually get as good a signal as can be. However just recently, I have been unable to connect to other friends, and vice versa in parties and indeed games. I haven't changed any settings that I'm aware of, both on Xbox and router, so what's wrong?

Sometimes it just does that. Sometimes happens with me and a few people on here.

I am a tool. Switched the modem off for a bit then back on...now it works. First time I have tried this switching off for a few minutes crap and it's actually worked!

I usually just test by connection via the dashboard if I'm having problems connecting to any of my mates. It usually works first time, if it doesn't, get your mates to do the same and it should work from there.
