Narrow it down, son.
How are you connecting to the internet?
The things you said this morning feel like yesterday's advice.

Wireless.
I've connected the wireless device into my console. I then enter all the details such as ISP, but it says it cannot obtain ISP or something like that.
It's extremely anoying. I've gave up on it.

You need to change one setting to say you're connecting via wireless.
System Settings->Network Settings->Configure Network->Wireless Mode.
I had the same problem, damn near went mental.

If you're entering details about your ISP then you're doing something wrong.
You're connecting to an existing wireless network so all you should be doing having told your Xbox that you'll be using wireless networking (see previous post) is picking that network from the list that appears, entering the wireless security key and that's that - the rest should be entirely automatic.

I'll add you when I next switch it on m8, although I have just got Killzone 2 for the PS3 for £12.99 (link) so may be a while!

Will do mate. Don't have CoD4. I only have Fifa10, GTAIV and Forza Motorsport.

Cheers mate.
Reckon I'll invest in The Godfather II - I had The Godfather for the first Xbox and it was superb, so hopefully the next one is as good for the 360.
Any reccomendations?
I bought some microsoft points from Tesco, thinking I needed them to connect to the net. (

Really depends what you into. I like racing, shooting, football and golf games most. I recommend PGR4, Tiger Woods 10, COD5 and Lips
Lips is great fun (karaoke style game) when you have had a few shandies! I pretty rubbish, but when your halfway into a drunken stupor who gives a shit!
Have a look around before buying games though m8, particulary amazon and play.com, there seems to be some cracking deals coming out at the moment e.g. Killzone 2 for the PS3.

Oldest trick in the book, Matthew. I've got it covered.
You should be ashamed - It was only my second game of Fifa 10, ever.
