Well... what is a good war game? Haven't got many games at all for my Xbox 360 and am looking to expand.
Thank you in advance.

Without a doubt Battlefield 1943.

Excuse my ignorance, but I don't even know what RTS stands for...
I just got the notion to try something different: until now I've been a Sports games and Grand Theft player pretty much exclusively!

Call of Duty: World at War is probably the best war game out just now even though Modern Warfare was alot better. I personally didn't enjoy the game apart from the odd game of zombies now and again.

Right I worded that wrong. I was meaning the more recent game out and it's basically based on the World War.

Your advice was taken... parted with 45 quid for the bad boy on Saturday night.
Great game, up there with San Andreas for the best I have ever played.
Loving the two-player Special Ops too, makes me feel a lot less anti-social when the flatmate can get involved.
