10 games in & still Motherwell can`t get a win.

We have however sneaked ahead of Falkirk on goal difference - so we've got to be please with that :)

True to form, Doddsy has predicted a draw between Accies and 'Well - fantastic :D That's us gone a quarter of the season without a win from the great man

Interesting to see that after the first round of games the bottom six only have five wins between them

Also, Falkirk to score against Celtic?

A laughably huge gap between the Old Firm and the rest is already beginning to present itself in Doddsy's world. I want to live in Doddsy's world. :(

Surely for the sake of Scottish football (as you so magnamoniously campaign tirelessly for) you'd want as small a gap as possible?

No, because he did predict it and it will be replayed (and I doubt he'll make a new prediction).

If he does actually make a new prediction I'll change it, but I don't think he will.

If he had marked the games played in a fixed odds coupon(1,2,x) he would have done ok.

I believe if () Celtic win tomorrow it'll be the first time this season he's got all results bang on.

I actually give him credit for this week, picking all correct results in the one league is no mean feat, especially when correctly predicting what games would be draws.

"Doddsy" must clearly still be in the huff with Celtic after costing him his coupon a fortnight ago. Meanwhile it's first wins of the season for both Motherwell and Falkirk, leaving only plucky Hamilton without a win.

Here are his predictions for this weekend:

Falkirk 2-1 Hamilton
Hearts 1-1 St Johnstone
Motherwell 2-1 Aberdeen
Rangers 2-0 Kilmarnock
St Mirren 1-1 Hibs
Dundee Utd 2-1 Celtic

I'm not sure of the hypothesis of this thread but if it was derogatory on Doddsy's predictions then I think it has to go down as a fail. He seems do be doing pretty well with a lot of correct scores which as most punters know is pretty damn difficult to pull off

It was originally started as a bit of a laugh as "Doddsy"'s predictions usually involve the OF trouncing teams each week and drawing against each other.

Someone made up a table a couple of seasons ago of his predictions that had both Celtic and Rangers playing 38, winning 34, drawing 4 and losing 0 with a goal difference of almost into the hundreds

I have to admit, he has been doing better than everyone thought though, although let's not forget that after eight matches he still had five teams (five!) without a win. After eleven matches he still had three teams (including Motherwell) winless.

He's predicted a total of 72 games. Of these, 38 predictions have been right, with 33 wrong (and one game postponed).

Of the 49 matches not involving the OF (I don't think there's any real talent in picking OF winners as most people would have them on for a win each week), he's predicted 24 of them correctly and 25 of them incorrectly.

However...

He's had only four correct score predictions this entire season - before this weekend he'd had two out of 66 matches.

If you'd put on a coupon of "Doddsy"'s predictions you'd have won only one coupon this season, in the first week.

I am sure he has read this thread or is aware of it, and is making his predictions a little more sensible!!
