That's us up to sixteen for the season. Excellent effort. Hopefully all sixteen will play all season.

That is indeed the thing. One lost week and you can find yourself stuffed.

Apparently this year they included where your worst week is dropped off of your score total - that way if you forget/are on holiday, you don't get screwed.

Only four of us got the Thursday game correct.

I predict this will be the first and last time I'm in the lead. :P

This league is played with spread betting rules.

E.G the Steelers won 13-10 but the titans were given a 5.5 points head start.......

So according to the spread it finished Steelers 13-15.5 Titans.

Only couple of inches away from turning a 7-9 season last year into a 9-7 season. With Singletery at the helm, Hill in at quarter back and a decent schedule this year can see us being there or there abouts at the end of the season.

However given my record so far on predictions you could well be right.

Are you really that confident in Hill?

I think they need a better signal caller to be a decent team. In Frank Gore they have a really good ground game but I think they will struggle threw the air.

Hope Singaltery does well as I think he is a decent coach and a pretty dam honest guy to boot.

Not totally but Hill did well when given his chance from November and the best QB we have.

Good scoring so far in the league for most of us.

Looks like SD is going to have some strong competiton for his crown.

The Drifter's off to an awful start. I guess he'll be chopping this week off his totals. :P

Just discovered this, is it too late to join? I see that the league is locked.

F'kin Redskins, had they not snatched that late TD, I'd have got the point for that one.

In a roundabout way i was asking if it could be unlocked, obviously not. Maybe next season then.

I know - i just hit enter on the message here when they got it too.

Can't believe the 49ers won too - bad "late start" games for me after a great early afternoon.

Thank goodness for Mr Drifter. He's the only one keeping me off the bottom. Unfortunately the 2 games tonight should see him overtake me :(

Ach I've won this often enough. Time to let someone else have the glory.

 The thought had already occurred even before I knew the late game scores.

I like to let everyone have a start!

What a fecking honking first week for me. Not a lot of ill luck anywhere either. Most of what I got wrong I got well wrong. Back to the drawing board then..........

I've changed my prediction for the Pats-Bills game. I originally thought the Pats would win but not cover the spread, but after hearing the disarray Buffalo are in right now, it could get ugly for them.

I really need both Monday night games to go my way, as it's been a very average week after a decent start.

Looking like a bad move, Bills 14-7 up with 3 mins left in the 1st half.
