The game is basically finished now. All that is done now is transfers and I can confirm that the first division was considered to be in the new game along with english conference teams and other foreign second divisons. However with livingston in turmoil it was too much of a risk to buy the rights to there players names, strips, club details etc. Also they had the same problem with english conference sides as chester(i think not 110 percent sure0 were in the same position. It was a scandanavian country who got there 2nd division sides introdued.
Source- I have a friend who works in the gaming world and is a massive airdrie fan and is shareholder with them. He was hoping that they would make the first diviision with airdrie in it but he was very dissapointed when he found out the result.

Thats because we are both in the SPL
"ST MIRREN have adopted a new image. The Paisley side resemble the kid at school who returned from the summer holidays with a new school bag and a sun tan that refused to subside."

What do you expect? Most of the first division players would have a rating of 30-50 which would make it impossible to win matches online as most poeple would go Real Madrid.

Seemingly the Russian Premier League is supposed to be in the PSP, PC and PS2 versions of the game but not in PS3 and Xbox 360
