Hi folks,
Came home from work today to find out my 9 year old brother had bought 2000 gamer points using my bank details. Came to £17! Anyone know if I will be able to cancel this purchase and get my money back?
He has spent the points already, I should add.
Cheers

I'm not too sure but I doubt it as he has spent it.

Doubt it's refundable, unless you want to report it to your card provider as a 'theft'.
XBL say on the games that they are non-refundable, think you'll just have to let it go.

Credit fraud?!
In Greenock?!?!
Nah only kidding, that's shit mate, but I reckon you'll need to chalk it up to experience and stick a password on your live account. A sound slap around the lug is in order, and if he's got anything to greet about then I'm sure your folks will be chuffed to hear why you dished it out.

It's getting kind of hard to believe things are going to get better. I've been drowning too long to believe that the tide is going to turn. And I've been living too hard to believe things are going to get easier now. I'm still trying to shake off the pain from the lessons I've learned. And if I see Van Helsing, I swear to the lord I will slay him. AHA HA HA. He take you from me but I swear I won't let it be so. AHA HA HA. Blood, will run done his face, when he is decapitated AH! His head on my mantle is how I will let this world know...how much I love you.
Die, die, die....I can't

No chance of getting the money back im afraid. Thats what the password system is there for, so young siblings cant rack up these kind of things.

I'm sure if you phone them up and explain it they will give you a full refund of the points that you've already spent.
