Realistically this thread should've been started in January, but we can call this the "Gambling Year" similar to that of the financial year.

Basically just keep a record of all your bets to see whether you're up for the year or not. I'll start from last weekend.

24/7/09 = -£4
1/8/09 = +£27.69

Total = £23.69

So far I've only been betting on football, and it'll stay this way till late September, as I'm skint at the moment.

Right, I ended up sticking a fiver each on Anderlecht and FC Twente. So hopefully when I get home from Edinburgh tonight I'll be at +£47 for the "year". I'd say they are reasonable bets for a fiver anyway. Sporting Lisbon haven't been very good lately, and are struggling to find the net whereas Twente have been scoring regularly.

As for Anderlecht? Bah, I was bored!
