A M&S diet pasta meal and two slices of garlic bread. I'm hungrier now than when I started. :(

Caldwell is actually a great centre half however consistency can be an issue for him, technically his distribution of the ball for a defender is as good as Pique or Puyol.

i had a steak pie with tatties and veg last night. The only problem was that my dad put the devil's food(mushrooms) in it. I ended up spenting five minutes picking the fuckers out of the pie before i could enjoy it.

I used to be like that with mushrooms as well, especially with lasagne. But i learned to man up and eat them, mainly because i think it it's a tad rude to sit and pick bits out of a meal that someone's spent time preparing for you.

Back on topic, we are about to "nom" a ten inch pizza with doner meat and chicken.

I had leftover veal parmigiana for lunch, along with some cherry tomatoes, followed by a strawberry yogurt and a small piece of dark chocolate.

I'm now sipping cans of sparkling water and nibbling a few more cherry tomatoes and some olives.

For dinner... dunno yet, might let the "better half"* cook
