I d/l this for nostalgia's sake as had it for some old crappy console years ago, but I've forgotten how to do the long jump. Can anyone remember how to do it, as I can't get over 5.5m and you need 6m to get to the next event?!?!?

I got the achievement earlier for getting 45 degrees but I jumped too early and only got 5.5m

You cant be going fast enough then, get a corner of your t-shirt, and rub it over the two buttons to get to max speed.

I once clocked track and field in an arcade for over 3 hours till i had to quit as they were closing, beat the top score.

Its still probably one of my finest achievements as a human being.
