Disconnected From Xbox Live

Ever since the last scheduled down time of Xbox Live I keep getting disconnected right in the middle of an online game. Is this happening to anyone else or is it just me?

Nope, I've had a couple of disconnections during PES games, but it's stayed connected since. It sometimes doesn't connect, rather than disconnects though.

I've had severe lag recently on games online mostly Fifa and COD. No disconnections though.

not xbox related but i have suffered some chronic lag on fifa lately with the ps3 it even threw me completely out the game once

Theres been a public apology from Sky because for the last couple of days, if you had Sky broadband, it was seriously messing with your connection and blocking it as traffic. Apparently they have fixed it though.

No idea what they did but whatever it was, it throws me off XBL when I'm in the middle of kicking ass in COD4! :angry:

My ISP is Tiscali and as far as I'm aware they don't block any XBL traffic... Do they?... :unsure:

The problem is right there in front of you. Tiscali is pish, I used to use it and I got disconnected from XBL all the time whilst in the middle of a game. I persuaded my dad to change it to BT and I haven't had many problems since.

I completely didnt mention it but i was referring to PSN, but im not sue if they would see XBL in the same vein.

I agree Tiscali are bloody awful, but I still have around 6 months remaining on the contract with them. In any case, I never used to have a problem. It's only started happening since the last scheduled down time. Xbox Live Support are f*ck all help as well. Useless c**ts... <_<

I've got Sky Broadband and it signed me out for no reason. I had to wait for 10 mins until it was working. Stayed like that for about a week. Fine now
