So it's only days away now. Will Andy Murray win? Will Federer regain his title? Will Nadal make it? Who is your outsider for this years tournament (if there is one worth backing).
Andy has as good a chance as ever to win it, even if Nadal makes it I still have my doubts he will be anywhere near 100% and may struggle in the later rounds. Federer owns Wimbledon and I wouldn't begrudge the great one if he was to win it ahead of Andy.
Outside bet for me would be Roddick (if fit) as it's hard to look past the big servers on grass but his all round game lacks what the top 4 have and he would be relying on most, if not all, the top 4 coming a cropper early on.

As long as Murray dosen't get Federer or Nadal until the Semis i could see him having a good chance. It would be brilliant if he won

Nadal is not fit, clicky whether he plays or not is 50/50 from what he's saying.
But if he does play, he will certainly not be 100% fit, this means Murray has an absoloutley excellent chance of making the final. He is without doubt the 3rd best player in the world just now, and could beat an unfit Nadal without much trouble. Nadal's game over relies on his amazing fitness and strength, if this is failing he struggles, as we seen at Roland Garros.
Murray however, will not beat a fully fit Federer on grass. The man is different class and has only lost 1 game at Wimbledon in 5 or 6 years i believe, last years final. That was when Nadal was at his best and his supreme fitness was the difference. But this year Federer is playing well and Nadal is not fit, unfortunatley i can't see how he won't win it.
Murray V Federer in the final, Federer victory

.........IF he's in Nadal's half of the draw and not Federer's.

If Nadal plays, I assume Nadal would be seed 1 (current champion and world no 1) with Fed no 2 and Murray @ 3.
That would mean Federer would play Murray in the semis and leaves the bottom half of the draw wide open if Nadal exits early. There must be some each way value in the bottom half somewhere. When is the draw done does anyone know?

Andy Roddick is shite, there is more chance of Pat Cash winning the men's singles than him.
And what?

No it doesn't. The placing of the Nos 3 & 4 seeds in the draw is random, not governed in any way by the positions of the No 1 and No 2 seed..
The draw is this morning.

So it is guaranteed that Murray and Federer will be in the sme half of the draw?
I thought 1 and 2 went into random halfs of the draw, then 3 and 4 into random halfs, and so on and so forth. But i could be wrong.

Murray could play Marat Safin in the last 16, that could be a potential banana skin, as Safin is still decent on grass.
He's also in the same half of the draw as Andy Roddick.

Hmm, Safin could be tricky but should win in 4. He owns Roddick so that's not a problem either.

Draw will be on www.wimbledon.org I'd expect.
It isn't yet.
There's some commentary on it as it was being made, that's where I got my info earlier from, but they haven't published the full draw yet.

from BBC report, Murray#s path if all seedings went to plan:
no mention of A-Rod there.
Quote
Kendrick, Ernests Gulbis, Viktor Troicki, Marat Safin and Gilles Simon, before Nadal in the semi-finals and Federer in the final.
Other potential threats in the Scot's section of the draw are 10th seed Fernando Gonzalez, who beat Murray at the French Open earlier this month, James Blake and Stanislas Wawrinka.

I think Del Potro might be a wee outside bet. Looked very good against Federer in the French Open.
