Yeah. The second episode is the one to look out for tonight, but the first has some not bad stuff. It's the same tomorrow night actually, as episode 4 has the Glasgow Street Fight which is arguably the most famous match put on by a Scottish promotion.

Some of you lads are keen. I don't know how you can be so enthusiastic about stuff like that ICW - I find it hard to get motivated for WWE a lot of the time.

Isn't that because WWE isn't that good a lot of the time? Surely that should be motivating you to at least try something different. The alternative is either 1) just totally forgetting about wrestling down the line or 2) accepting the shit thrown at you.

Right, four matches from the two episodes of ICW coming tonight.


Episode 1: Sean South and Rob Cage vs. Johnny Starr and The Lightning Kid vs. STI vs. The Bucky Boys, Women's Deathmatch between Carmel and Kay Lee Ray.

Episode 2: Jack Jester vs. Mikey Whiplash and the most famous match in ICW when it was Chris Renfrew, BT Gunn and Jack Jester taking on Red Lightning, James Scott and Wolfgang of the Gold Label.

Episode 1 has a dodgy first match, but lost of people seemed to love it, so what do I know? The deathmatch isn't exactly deathmatch stuff. It's essentially a street fight, but it IS brutal and worth a look. Episode 2 is where the fun is. The ring breaks and what results is two very violent matches. The first one has a right vicious post-match angle, and the main event is exactly what ICW is all about.

It took sooooooo long to get the match started that I gave up and turned over to Sky Sports News

The bit before the tag match was horrendous on TV. Was good live because people knew the history between Shame and Renfrew, but what exactly were people who hadn't seen ICW before meant to think?! It was basically one guy challenging another for too long. The match itself took off fairly quickly when it got going.
